Pines have four kinds of leaves: seed leaves, juvenile leaves, scale leaves and adult needles. These individual needles remain with the tree for between one and forty years.

Part of the local community
As long-time residents of the area, the Anderson family feels a responsibility to help support the community in which Pinepac has grown. Over the years we have been proud to be of voluntary assistance in the building and developing of local schools and churches as well as offering support to community groups.
