Entering the NZV8 Championship for the first time this season at Round 5 in Manfeild last weekend, ITM Racing driver Andrew Anderson soon showed his years of experience in the category by being right on the pace. Having last raced at the ITM 400 in Hamilton 2011 Andrew was immediately competitive setting times consistently inside the top 5.

Entering qualifying the team had effected some further setup adjustments and hovering around the time sheets in 3rd place they had paid off. Late in qualifying and looking to press on Andrew set about posting a solid time but with the car feeling flat he pitted for the team to inspect the car.
